Crutch Notary Services provides remote online notarization services only under New York notary authority. Services are limited to notarizations permitted by law.
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate an appointment if:

The signer appears confused, coerced, or unwilling

The document is incomplete

The request is unlawful

The notarization would violate notary laws or ethical standards
No Legal Advice
Crutch Notary Services does not provide legal advice. We cannot explain the legal effect of documents or advise on which documents you should use. Questions about your document should be directed to a licensed attorney.
Client Responsibilities
By booking an appointment, you agree that:

You are booking the correct service for your needs
Crutch Notary Services is not responsible for documents rejected due to client error or third-party requirements.
Appointments & Payments
Appointments are scheduled through Calendly.
All pricing, cancellation, and rescheduling terms are presented during the booking process and must be accepted before confirmation.
Failure to appear for an appointment or failure to meet technical requirements may result in a forfeited session.
Technology Disclaimer
Remote notarization relies on internet connectivity, devices, and third-party platforms. Crutch Notary Services is not responsible for service disruptions caused by:

Limitation of Liability
Crutch Notary Services is not responsible for:

Whether a receiving organization accepts a notarized document
