Notary Services
Appointments are completed remotely under New York notary authority and are available to clients nationwide and internationally.
All signers and witnesses must complete identity verification before the session.
Choose your verification method when booking:

Knowledge-Based Authentication (KBA) – personal security questions based on your records

Biometrics – photo ID and face scan (recommended for international clients or those without U.S. records)
Need an Apostille?
If your document will be used outside the United States, you may need Apostille or Authentication services.
Language requirement: Documents in other languages are accepted only if the notary can communicate directly with the signer. Interpreter services are not currently provided.

Multiple Signer Coordination
Multi-Signer Coordination is available for notarization sessions with more than one signer (in addition to yourself).
This service covers the additional administrative coordination required for sessions with multiple signers.
