A Paper-Out provides a physical paper copy of your electronically notarized document along with a Certificate of Authenticity completed by a notary. The documents are then prepared, securely packaged, and shipped by UPS Ground with tracking to the requested address.

When Is a Paper-Out Needed?

A Paper-Out is needed when the receiving party requires a physical paper copy of an electronically notarized document.

This is common with real estate transactions, banking documents, and other situations where the completed documents must be returned in physical form.

What Is a Certificate of Authenticity?

A Certificate of Authenticity (CoA) is completed by the notary and certifies that the paper copy is a true and accurate copy of the electronically notarized document.

The Certificate of Authenticity is attached to the applicable document as part of the completed Paper-Out package.

How Does the Paper-Out Process Work?

First, book and complete your Remote Online Notary appointment. Paper-Out is an add-on service for documents notarized online by Crutch Notary Services.

Once your notarization is complete and your shipping information has been received, your documents will be printed, prepared with the required Certificate(s) of Authenticity, securely packaged, and shipped by UPS Ground with tracking.

Paper-Out packages are shipped within two business days after all required information, including the complete shipping address, is received.
