What Is a Paper-Out?
A Paper-Out turns an electronically notarized document into a physical paper record. A Certificate of Authenticity is attached to the electronically notarized document, which is then printed, prepared, packaged, and shipped with tracking to the requested address.
When Is a Paper-Out Needed?
A Paper-Out may be requested when a bank, title company, county clerk, attorney, or other receiving agency requires a physical paper copy of an electronically notarized document. This may include real estate transactions where documents are signed remotely and physical documents must be returned to an attorney, title company, lender, or other receiving party.
